NOSE JOB: vanity or necessity?

vanity or necessity?... i'm not sure. that thing right there on the side of my nose, have always bugged the crud out of me. and today, Dr. Kristin Beijer finally had taken it off. i thought it was gonna be bad but the procedure wasn't unpleasant at all. i couldn't feel the needle going in the mole, and couldn't feel when she removed it with a razor. too much detail? my heart was raising, it was thudding right in my throat. but i didn't pass out. though i was seeing blue and purple when i had my eyes closed.
i had two normal deliveries and 1 c-sec, so that was nothing i guess. that mole, not only it would hurt sometimes, it also looked gross- to me anyway. so you could say, it was half and half vanity and necessity. over all, i'm doing okay. it was such a minute surgery but i'm exhausted. i was scared, and feel worn out with own my fear. she said the healing process is just like when you got yourself cut. i'm ready for it to get healed. i'm looking forward of seeing the other side of my nose- spotless.

letter from the First Couple

it was: March 20
how amazing was that? around 2:15 ---in the afternoon, we received a letter addressed to our Little Miss Gabby from the President and the First Lady. i know we are not special and I'm sure The White House only made millions of those for the new little citizens, but still i think it's incredible. i know a lot of people that would hear about it, will probably gag no doubt but personally, the letter really made me smile. i hope someday Gabby will actually meet them. i hope someday we'll see this face making a difference to this country. as a mom, i already know she's making a difference in me and in our household.
