couldn't resist but notice the moon lately> it's been very bright. to most people maybe this doesn't mean anything but to me and Joe who would walk every single night this means a lot. it's beautiful... so serene. we take our walk late> it's quiet and we get a lot of "reconnecting"... a lot of conversations... communications... laughing and at the same time put Gabby to bed in her stroller. the fountain> it's something that became part of our night scenery ... it's at the golf course... so soothing. sometimes the kids would take their bike and go stroll with us. weird maybe but it's our family time. I wouldn't change it for anything in this world.

for the record:

Gabby went to the Fair for the second time BUT it was definitely her first time to experience it and indeed relish it. as soon as she saw all those crazy arrays and out of this world rides, she was consumed with curiosity and excitement. i immediately wanted her to get in on a ride but definitely was having second thoughts> afraid that she'd beg to get off>>> you know? however, she was the opposite of what i anticipated. she threw a fit because the ride was oooover!! this was her first ride: helicopter

she even got her own "bracelet"_ just a little thing in which gave her an unlimited access to all the kid's rides. definitely wasn't free, in fact it was outrageous. however, she was well worth it. you see, i'm not one of those parents who's got a "high paying job-yet-a-cheapskate-when-it comes-to-expending-the-money-kind-of a parent" you know the kind? it was her first and FIRSTS only comes ONCE. so better milk it for its all worth and cherish every minute of it. the bracelet... maybe gave her the sense of being a "part" of the group> the inner circle of the party, you see? look.... how cute is that?

even though she had "the bracelet", she was still not tall enough for all the "big people's" rides. she was totally disappointed.

needless to say, we had a blast with Kathy and Tim.

so psyched that they both came. we ended our Fair Weather fun by dining at Subway..... after eating all the junk we had> i'm sure it balanced the calories we consumed while being at the fair.

call me crazy, but i wish we were able to go back again. after leaving the fairground, i had just this great and mighty ideas for photography. like this:

oh well...... there's always NEXT YEAR.
